Relevant information
Our shoes are manufactured according to the european sizing system, resulting in different increments between sizes, therefore, «full» and «half» sizes are made.
Sizes of the ELIASMIRA shoes corresponds to the true fit, so when to put them on, to help your foots slide into, we recommend you to fit them always with a shoehorn.
Please note that the fit should be snug, and they will stretch a bit with use.

Methods of payment
This site use Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure.
Please note that the order amount shall be borned from your account as soon as your order has been placed.
At the end of the purchasing process you will receive a confirmation email.
The following payments are accepted:
Stripe Credit Card
You can pay securely by credit card, debit card or prepaid card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
To complete your purchase you will be redirected to the bank’s secure server.
Stripe Multibanco
You can select to pay with your registered Multibanco account to make a safe transaction.
In no given moment of the purchase will our site be able to see or obtain data from your Multibanco account.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can make your payment directly to our bank account via BACS. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer.
Changes and order cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchases and receive a refund when you notify us by writing that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than seven (7) business days from the day after you have received your purchased products.
To exercise your right of cancellation please, contact us by email at orders@eliasmira.com and follow the returns instructions in the Returns And Exchanges section.
In case to detect any defective product we will refund the value of your order for those product.
To obtain more information on how to return products please consult the Shipping & Returns section.
In case that your order be cancelled by us, we will send a email explaining the reasons for the cancellation.
Relevant information
ELIASMIRA reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address and/or work address for security purposes.
Please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information related with your credit or debit card when placing an order.
Please note that delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
