Delivery time is not estimated from the time your order is placed, it is estimated when your order is shipped.
Please note that some deliveries to exceptional addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Taxes and duties
The prices of products on sale include taxes and not include customs duties.
Taxes and customs duties, for orders outside of the EU shall be borne by the Customer.
ELIASMIRA cannot be held responsible for any costs and/or for any taxes and/or for any delivery delays due to customs.
Your purchase order status
Please note that all orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on UPS website. Please contact them for any questions regarding your shipment.
ELIASMIRA insures your purchases during time in transit until the purchases are delivered.
Please note that all orders require your signature or the signature by the third party specified by you upon delivery, which means, you assume the responsibility for the shipment when signature and you accept and recognize the act of signature as a sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by ELIASMIRA.
ELIASMIRA has a fifteen (15) days return policy. We accept returns or exchanges of any item up to fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of your order.
The customer must send a declaration to notify the decision to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period and send it to ELIASMIRA customers service by email at email@example.com in order to obtain a “Return Number”. No parcel shall be accepted without a return number and this number must be written legibly in the parcel.
Once we have accepted your request, you will receive a confirmation with enclosed prepaid UPS shipping label on your email address. You will then be able to print the label for the return and deliver it to UPS courier for pick up.
Once we receive your returned items, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will process your refund within fifteen (15) days upon.
For any return, you must utilize the same courier service that we have used to your shipment and delivery, however a different method of shipment is accepted at customer’s risk and expenses. Any parcel returned after the specified period shall be refused and returned to the sender.
Products must be returned not worn and in full condition, in its original packaging, undamaged and accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice. No parcel returned shall be accepted in manner of cash on delivery shipping. The customer must assume any cost related with the return of purchased products and shall be liable for any diminished value of the products.
ELIASMIRA cannot be held responsible in any case of loss, theft or damage of the parcel and/or insufficient return identification.
Returning a product
1. Place the products in the original shipping box. 2. Close the box and tape it securely. 3. Place the prepaid return shipping label on the box. 4. Call UPS customer service to arrange a collection.
Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and are subject under stock availability. Exchanges will be only processed after receipt the returned merchandise.
Receiving a refund
Reimbursement shall be done using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction.
Please note that to receive a refund, you shall send a written notice and proof of a return to ELIASMIRA by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within fifteen (15) days upon product delivery.
Please note that any potential loss in the value of the products as a result of your handling, will have to be compensated by the customer to ELIASMIRA.
Products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label and must be returned exactly as you received them, with tag and seal attached and must be returned not worn and in full condition, in its original packaging, undamaged and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
All shoes must be tested on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

Guarantee of quality
If some product was received damaged, you must contact us at email email@example.com within seven (7) business days of receipt.
We guarantee that our products will work as planned because of our rigorous process of production and quality control.
Soles replacement, wear of lining, scratches, scuffs, water damage, heat damage, and wear of insoles are considered normal wear and tear and are not considered defective.
We guarantee the sewing quality on our soles against any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase.
ELIASMIRA reserves the right to determine if the damage is due to construction or normal wear. If a defect occurs within one year from the purchase date, we will repair the issue free of charge.
